More than just a Mom. On October 5, 2003, I became Missi, Nevaeh’s Mother. And since then, I’ve been sorta winging this whole Mom thing. Somehow I sort of lost Missi along the way and just became the girls’ Mom. “ God made you to be more than just a Mom” This couldn’t be more true.

Everything I had ever known in life changed the Morning of January, 13th 2003. Telling my mom and grandparents that I was pregnant was by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do. My teacher noticed I was in pain and called my mom. My 6 month old baby was in the audience watching her Mom graduate. I felt so guilty.
