We have had high deductible health insurance plans since 2004 and during that time, we only hit our deductible one year. He had his scheduling assistant call Medi-Share to confirm to save us the time. At the beginning of the year, we put some of those monthly savings towards paying off a home equity loan.

That was a hit to our budget, but we reworked our numbers to find the funds and make it fit. As you can see we saved significantly in 2017 with Medi-Share on our monthly payment. We used those savings to pay off a home equity loan and we increased our contribution to our church to help fund special missions projects.
