Ok, the real reason why I started a blog, just over four years ago now, was because I had all these ideas that I wanted to get out there. I haven't tried that hard to grow this blog because I have it more as a diary than a source of income. Full disclosure: I have not made a penny off this blog, ever! Because I like too!

Frugal housing.

Finally Frugal

Last week, I was dithering about whether to pay down my second mortgage early, or start working on my student loan. I got some really good (and thought provoking) comments on that blog post. One of my commenters mentioned that she thinks that the market in her area (another part of Oregon, I believe) has finally hit bottom.
