I had weighed in at 176 in January 2011 and was down to 145 at the end of June 2011. On Sunday, September 11, 2011, I scared myself back onto the weight loss wagon. I signed up again on September 12, 2011, got four months for the price of three, and started being very strict. Then I started going the wrong way.
