The New York Times shared the official news that te
said Tuesday aby bottles and children’s drinking cups could no longer contain
, or BPA, an
-mimicking industrial chemical used in some plastic bottles and food packaging.

If you'll remember several years ago BPA was linked to early puberty in young girls.

Most manufacturers stopped using the chemical to boost consumer confidence but this makes it official.  However it does not restrict the chemical from being used in other products outside of baby bottles and sippy cups.  If you are concerned make sure you read labels and investigate drinking containers before you buy.
