Here's the result: Breakfast Casserole 8 frozen hash brown patties (I could only fit 6 in my pan and was too lazy to cut the others to fit) 1 lb cooked breakfast sausage (you could also use bacon or ham) 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 10 eggs 1 cup milk Here's where I used this as a base recipe, but made quite a few changes.
