even skipped out on making a couple meals this past week while my husband had a guys' weekend at the races in Charlotte with his dad & brother-in-law. Thank goodness I've got meals stocked in the freezer, so I truly have no excuse for not putting supper on the table. :) Here's our menu for this week. I'm so excited!
D Here's the menuplan for this week. had so much extra freezer meals and non-freezer meals planned and available, plus we were gone for a week, that I didn't have to do a freezer meal cooking day in October! It sure was nice having a break from an all-day cooking event, but I will definitely need to do one in November.
