'This Week’s Dinners: Saturday: Valentine’s Day – Baked Salmon Packets , baked sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts for me and my husband. It was too cold to grill so I made foil packets instead. I made Parmesan chicken tenders, boxed mac & cheese and peas for the kids. I try to limit the boxed stuff, but they requested it for V-day.
