Project 25: Reclaiming Christmas, Day 6 Sugar Plum Shop wrapping paper donation

Brief summary, my husband and I are dedicating 25 days to lesson giving with our children.

Saturday, day 1, Dec. 1 -- we donated more than 75 toy and clothing items to Mission Possible.  All of which were in good shape and had plenty of life left.

Sunday -- day 2, Dec. 2 -- We created home made Christmas cards for US soldiers through the Holiday Mail for Heroes.  Go

Monday -- day 3, Dec. 3 -- We packed some gift bags for Be a Santa to a Senior.

Day 4, Dec. 4 -- We selected some Angel Tree needs.  Our first Angel is a 12 year old boy. Go

Day 5, Dec. 5

We signed 100 Christmas cards for the residents of the TLC Nursing Center in Oneonta and delivered today after school.

Day 6, Dec. 6

Today we raided our wrapping paper stash to make a contribution to Children's Hospital  Sugar Plum Shop.

The

for parents of patients staying at Children's Hospital to shop for free and get toys and items for their children.

While toys and items for teens are needed, so are wrapping supplies.

You can donate items by dropping them off by the main hospital before Dec. 17. Donations may be dropped off at Children's of Alabama (1600 7th Avenue South) anytime during regular business hours.
