Please join us at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center on Friday, August 31, 2012, at 9 a.m. as we remember American astronaut, Neil Armstrong.
We will gather in Apollo Courtyard around the Saturn V moon rocket to
honor Mr. Armstrong’s legacy and celebrate his accomplished life and
monumental contributions to space exploration.
Following a brief ceremony, visitors will be invited to participate in
the release of red, white and blue balloons around the Saturn V rocket
in memory of Armstrong.
There is no charge for this event and the public is invited to attend.
