Did you know that upside down gingerbread man cookie pans can be used to make Rudolph cookies?

It's true, I just did it.

What you'll need:

Gingerbread man cookie pan -- Mine is a Wilton pan bought several years ago.

Cookie dough  -- I used sugar cookie dough.

I sprayed the pan with non-stick spray as a precaution.

Chocolate icing

Red candy or red sprinkles

2 Oreos

Directions:

Fill the pan in a thin layer of cookie dough bake according to instructions

Once it's done and cooled, cover the cookie with chocolate icing.

Flip it upside down.

Add sprinkles for the nose.

Open up two Oreos and put a dollop of chocolate icing in the center.

Serve.
