For example, if you load the Reese's Puffs from Cellfire, you can't load the Reese's Puffs GE EOffer until you've used the Cellfire coupon.

If you have the talent and stomach for investing using other people’s money, you might make billions. Warren Buffet is an obvious example. He started investing with other people’s money way back in 1956 using funds only from friends and family. I’m not sure I’d have the stomach for this.

Assessed value is the value that will be used in determining how much you will pay in real estate taxes. If you also own a vacation home in Branson, MO, it will be assessed by Taney County under the laws of Missouri. Here is an example: [link]. We made that call one year and successfully reduced the new assessed value.
