Five Frugal (mostly tiny) Things

A full fridge tends to encourage food waste because things get lost. I prepped food before clinical yesterday This semester, most of my clinicals end at 8:30 pm, so I’m gonna get lots of practice at packing dinners! By Sunday of this week, it was pretty darn near empty in my fridge.

My current main food goals: eat nutritious food eat at home the vast majority of the time avoid food waste If I spend $110/week for Zoe and me, that’s about $8/day/person, and considering that includes cleaning products/toiletries plus food, I feel pretty good about that.
