Frugal Living: Free gift closet organization printable chart

Do you have a gift closet or gift stockpile?  I've got a massive one going right now, especially with the after-Christmas sales.  There's one thing that can happen with that stockpile, just like with any stockpile, you can forget what you have.  Remember part of frugal living is planning ahead for future purchases to avoid debt.

Here are the fields I included and why:

1.  Recipent --

This could be for the person you actually know or unknown adult male, female or child male or female.  You could even organize the unknown gifts by gender and age.

2.  Date --

These are for the birthdays, events, etc. that are a static presence in your life.  HOWEVER you could also insert future classroom parties, office parties etc.  You know you'll need gifts by those dates.

3.  Item --

Obvious of course but a brief description is usefull (also include if the item needs batteries or a secondary accessory)

4.  Price/Quantity --

This will help you stay on budget.

5.  Hiding Spot --

Helpful if the item won't fit in your normal closet.

6.   Delivered --

Check the box when the item is presented.

7.  Replaced --

CHeck the box if you want to or already replaced the item.
