Bargain Mom Reader MSPETE Shares Frugal Tip about Easter Egg Packaging & How To Get it Free

-- Shared a great tip I hope you'll keep in mind as you peruse the Easter clearance --

I was at Walmart today and got several Easter items for 50% off.  My best find was the packaging for Jurassic eggs.  These are light weight plastic, hold 12 plastic eggs.  I got several of them (free) to use for dying eggs next year or for stuffed eggs to take to group luncheons - (So I) don't have to bring dish home!  One package with very large "eggs" will be good for storing Christmas ornaments.  Can't beat free!

Be on the lookout for egg shaped packaging that the store may be discarding.

Some store will be glad you are taking the empty containers.  If you feel uncomfortable it's always best to ask.

Like MSPETE suggested you can use it next year when you're dying eggs or taking eggs to a party.

You can also use them to store fragile items such as ornaments or keepsakes in storage.

I love it when readers share awesome tips like these.  If you have a great idea please leave a comment or email me at cdedman@bhamnews.com.
