The Wild Azalea Festival is Saturday and it's free.  The only catch is you'll have to drive 2 hours or so from Birmingham.

Here are the details:
Hike under a canopy of trees, listen to the flow of babbling waters and experience an up-close encounter with wildlife - all at Reynolds Nature Preserve. Host to the 3rd annual Wild Azalea Festival, Reynolds Nature Preserve invites families and friends to an outdoor extravaganza on April 14th from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Festival goers will enjoy live animal presentations, guided hikes, plant sales and showcases, hands on activities, face painting, good food, and much more!
The event is free to the public with shuttle service from Babb Middle School. For more Information go to www.claytonparks.com.
