Don’t pack away your sunglasses just yet, summer isn’t over. There is still plenty of sunshine to enjoy and concerts to attend.
Just because summer is quickly coming to an end, doesn’t mean the fun has to. The best way to keep summer alive is by attending a concert full of music that will move your soul. You know, the kind of music you feel emotionally and spiritually. Or maybe it’s the kind that really relaxes your mind. For me, I love to attend concerts that are full of life and make my body move to the beat.
That being said, I need to make sure my bag is full of all the essentials I will need for a wonderful time at the next jam fest.
Here’s what you will find in my handbag:
- Sunglasses – for the blazing sun
- Hairbrush – for when the wind gets the best of my locks
- Hair bands – for the bun my hair will most likely get thrown into
- Dove Dry Spray deodorant – for 48-hour freshness
Right now at CVS, you can cash in on this amazing Dove dry spray deal:
Buy One, Get One 50% off with your CVS Card on Select Dove, Degree deodorant, dry spray or AXE dry spray
Offers valid 7/29/18–8/4/18
I had to check this deal out for myself and was able to stock up on my favorite scents of Dove dry spray deodorant with the buy one, get one sale. And I don’t have to worry about any hideous white streaks on my favorite concert outfits. Plus, it helps to prevent those terrible yellow pit stains. Nobody likes those, right?
Some of my favorite concert memories consist of a warm summer evening with a blanket spread out on the grass, a picnic full of delicious food, the company of family and friends while enjoying live music in the great outdoors.
Outdoor concerts are my favorite because it allows the kids to run around and feel the music on their own terms while I catch up with old friends or make new ones. Having these summer essentials in my bag allows me to dance and have my hands in the air without having to worry about sweat, odor and underarm wetness. As a busy mom, I have enough to worry about. Body odor shouldn’t be one of them.
