Certainly, we’ll never be able to beat Walmart prices but our quality isn’t Walmart level either so that makes sense! I haven’t done the math to pencil out when we’ll break even but I have a goal to track costs and “income” in 2024 to see where we stand right now.

Or we could go to the local Walmart where everyone could pick out an entire pint of Ben & Jerry’s for themselves that would last for several days, and we’d still have enough money left over for whipped cream and cherries. We saved $105.00 on one campground alone last year. The same is true for Maine.

I started simply doing free Youtube classes with a Walmart mat. But it’s a car I’m willing to drive, so I’ll take it! What’s one thing you splurge on? I guess automatic cars LOL. But also, yoga. I even cleaned the studio for 6 months in exchange for free classes!

I do try to do special things for myself & kids as possible (new to us book, sweet treat, adventures on the cheap, etc) in addition to choosing gratitude (Thankful Thursday anyone? Find a grocery store or a Walmart or Target because the restrooms are nicer and if you need snacks they’re cheaper there as well. When we do stop, my pro tip: Don’t use gas station bathrooms (unless you’re at a really nice toll road stop, and then they’re okay!)
