During the day we would watch the cruise ships from our patio and our room overlooked the Kaseya Center where the Miami Heat play. From the moment you enter you know you made the right decision of where to stay. After a long day of travel when we walked into our room and onto our patio, we experienced the breathtaking view of the city lights.

You can watch the ocean blur by as you zoom around curves suspended 13 feet over the side of the ship on Norwegian Speedway, the largest racetrack at sea. The encore sails from Miami to the Caribbean or from Seattle to Alaska. We chose the Caribbean route, but I would love to take the Alaska cruise next. That is a bucket list trip for me!

We watched movies, hung out, went shopping, attended a concert and I cooked all of his favorite meals. I offered a trip to Florida, and he said, my only request is that I can sleep in my own bed every night of spring break and take a shower in my own bathroom, and you cook dinners. I have never been happier.
