A study done in the UK in 2002 examined the supplement use of supplements in cancer survivors. Good sources of vitamin A include cheese, eggs, oily fish e.g. mackerel, milk, yogurt and liver (unless you’re pregnant, in which case liver is to be avoided). Good sources of vitamin B3 include meat, fish, eggs and milk.
