Start a Car Replacement Savings Account. Our 2002 Honda Civic has 125,000 miles and still runs well, but we don't want to have to take out a loan when it is time to replace the vehicle. Start College Savings Accounts for our Girls. This might take us 2 years to achieve. The amount needed is yet to be determined.

I had amassed $70 and thought it was a perfect addition to our Christmas account. In April, we received a small tax refund and I put $100 of our refund into our Christmas Savings account. In May, I made money from a yard sale and put $50 towards our Christmas savings. It was a pretty easy month to find the cash.
