He flew to NYC to see them play in, what 2008? I have to say I’m not a huge MBV fan as far as recordings go, but live, there is nothing, and I mean nothing, like the experience of seeing them play. It was before they got back together for the tour last year (which, if you missed it, I am sorry, it was an experience of a lifetime).
