Cheap or free summer movies series, parks & theaters across Alabama 2013

Here is a list of summer movies series to check out across the state of Alabama:

ALABASTER -

All 2013 Friday Night Movies will be shown at Veterans Park located at

7305 Highway 119, Alabaster.

The movies are FREE so it makes for a fun,

yet economical evening of entertainment for family and friends.

All you’ll need to bring is a blanket or chair to sit on,

and some snacks and drinks.

The movies will begin showing around dusk (usually 8:00).

The Forest Park South Avondale Merchants' Association and REV Birmingham are proud to present a FREE, fun, family night out!

The dates and titles for Movies at Avondale Park are as followed

TIME

Show times are 8:15pm, with the amphitheater open for seating at 7pm.

PARKING

Parking is available on the streets surrounding the park and in the park itself, and security will be on hand to guide movie-goers to the amphitheater.

The movies will be shown on a 45-foot inflatable theater screen, set up atop the old Queen City Pool behind the MWWTM, located at 1901 Jack Warner Parkway, and will start at 8  p.m.
