Volunteers needed Saturday to bag 40,000 pounds of sweet potatoes

The Community Food Bank of Central Alabama needs volunteers this Saturday. They will be bagging 40,000 pounds of sweet potatoes. The bags will be distributed to families across Central Alabama for Thanksgiving.

Here's a description of the event from their page:

This is a family friendly event and all ages are welcome. Please dress warmly as this event takes place outside. The event starts at 9:00 and goes until we bag the last potato, typically around 12:30. You're welcome to arrive when you can and leave when you need to.
