I am having some grief at Walgreens…did anyone else run into these problems? 1.Couldn’t use the $3 coupon because register wouldn’t accept it….. manager said it had to be a “face” product like blush.. Said I didn’t see that on the coupon and assumed it was fine since your eyes are part of your face. No, sorry.
2. Last week bought the water and used a starbucks RR from previous week. A register reward didn’t print because I used a RR on an item that produces a RR. I thought it was only if it was on the same item. I called the walgreen offices & was told that was correct….no RR given if you use a RR to purchase regardless of being a different item.
What am I doing wrong?

You need to switch to a different drug store chain, lol! My understanding is that if you use a RR from a colgate product to pay on a colgate product the RR will not print. So is Starbucks in the “same” family as your water? I believe that face does not mean eyes though it is not explicit. Face is blush, concealer, foundation, hence why the pictures show these items. Walgreens has toughened up there policies, they are overpriced so I’ve stopped going their except on rare occasions.

Thank you for listening and I appreciate your help. Must say I do prefer CVS and Rite Aid for their rewards programs.. Have a good day!
