My Skintimate coupon was for $1! Woohoo!
jeanine says
FYI – The skintimate deal has a limit of 1. I bought one earlier in the week and yes the clerk had a problem scanning the coupon. It was from my Sunday paper though not All You. Today I bought a second but didn’t get the EC bucks. At the bottom of my receipt it said I had already reached the limit of 1. :(

did anyone else have a problem with the plegde deal??
the manager at cvs told me that i cant use the 1/1 and the b1g1!!!
im so frustrated! im about to call corp and see if they can help.
i had an issue with walgreens, and corp cleared things up in a jiffy!
if anyone has any advice, im all ears!
Kathy says
@lana, It depends how the B1G1 free coupon is coded. The register will accept both a $/# coupon and a B1G1 if the B1G1 is coded for just a free item which means it will only attach to 1 item instead of 2. If the B1G1 coupon is coded to attach to 2 items then you cannot use a $/# with it. The code for free item is “01” the code for B1G1 is “14” for example ‘x-xxxxx-xxx01-x’ or ‘x-xxxxx-xxx14-x’

@Kathy,
thanks, it seems that this coupon ends with a “1”.
i got a call from the district manager, he said i shouldve been allowed to use both coupons. he even told me theyll take my expired coupon (2/27). so im planning a trip there today. hopefully i wont have any other problems!
happy couponing!!

I tried to do the SKintimate deal with the $0.55 coupon from the April Alll You. The clerk and manager both tried for a long time, but the register would not take my coupon. Has anyone else run into this?

The Physicians Formula deal only printed 1 $7 ecb for me. Anyone able to get two?
Kathy says
@genie, I was confused at first too, but there are two seperate PF ECB offers for a limit of 1 $7 ECB each. So you would have to buy one from each offer in order to get 2 $7 ECB. Look at the PF in your ad. Under each offer there is a different ECB offer #. Get $7 ECB for any PF is offer #1141352 and get $7 ECB for PF Organic Wear Jumbo Mascara is offer# 11450780.

The Physicians formula deals only generated one ECB for me. Any one else able to get 2?
Lynn says
@genie, I was able to get one for the jumbo mascara and one for the booster.
Lynn says
There is a $2/1 Neutogena Suncare coupon available at Neutrogena.com that would make them $5.50 each after ECB and (2) coupons.
Kathy says
Shannon, do you know if Physicians Formula have a problem with the rebate if I pay with all ECBs? I read of this happening with different rebates that they count them as coupons.
TIA
Shannon says
@Kathy,
Ugh there have been so many problems lately I cannot answer that one for sure.
Alison says
@Kathy, I bought the mascara using a coupon and ECB about 2 months ago. Paid nothing out of pocket but I still got the full rebate. Hope that helps!
Michele says
I saw on the rebate that I printed out that they ask to include the TRY ME FREE OFFER label attached to the product. Did you have this?
LD says
@Michele,
The website states that they will not accept any rebate requests without that little label. I also noticed that the product without the label was well over $12, and the product with the label/offer was $10.something…
