Easy DIY Lego magnets tutorial

To say my 9 year old daughter loves building and creating with Lego bricks is an understatement.  She is enamored by Lego books, movies, magazines, kits and accessories.

This year she will receive a locker at school and can personalize the decor within reason.

She wanted some LEGO magnets for the door so we made some last night with old magnets and super glue.

Here's what you'll need:

1. LEGO bricks - preferably large enough to cover the magnet

2. Super glue -- to Lego Movie fans, Kragle

3. Magnets -- You can purchase magnets from the craft store or do what I did and cut magnets to size from the free magnets I've received from fairs or mailers.

Directions:

Make sure the magnet fits behind the brick.

Lay on flat surface and use super glue, generously on the back of the brick to the magnet.

Let it dry for 24 hours.

Hang.
