SALLY FROM NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
This one was from when she was five and she wanted to be Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas. They only sell this costume for toddlers and adults. I took an old sundress and did a patchwork pattern on top of it and wove red yarn into an old pair of fishnet pantyhose for the wig. Total costume cost was about $10
QUEEN OF HEARTS FROM ALICE AND WONDERLAND WITH JOHNNY DEPP:
This was last year when I made the red queen from two under $5 costumes I had gotten after halloween the year before. I took a red wig and restyled and a spanish queen dress and turned it into the red queen.
FRUGAL AFTER HALLOWEEN SALE PURCHASE TIPS FROM GIANNA --
You can also stock up on Dollar Tree and Wal-Mart greasepaint makeup after halloween. It gets down to about .25 a pack and you just need to freeze it until the next year so the grease doesn't get rancid.
