While a number of you may have seen other blogs post about a 3 cent overage spotted at Walmart, I mentioned here, that you could do a lot better if your Walmart still had the holiday scents.
The one I stopped at had apple scent Carpet Fresh for 75 cents. I used the $1 off coupon.
I had 12 coupons and there were 12 cans on the shelf, some left over too.
So that means I scored 25 cents on each bottle for a total of $3 overage. The overage could have been paid to me in the form of cash or applied to something else in my buggy.

This is an example of buying something you don't need to get money off the items you do need.
We do not have rugs or carpet in our home. So on the surface we would use it.
However there are other uses including but not limited to freshening up
Basements (which we have)
Garbage Pails (yep have those too)
Car interior (yes we have that too)
I'll be giving a lot of them away, but for the most part the deal was wonderful and I can think of a way to use them and share them for sure.

Scored today...went to Dollar.General today...they still had some Christmas stuff left...thought it was going to be 10 cents..ended up costing 1 cent per item....Mostly Christmas cards and bows...but a penny per item..you can't go wrong...
