tower building and a zip line in between. Guests can get creative in the Messy
Art Studio and wind their way through a maze. The new areas will be in the

arrrrrr you doing this summer? Set sail for an educational voyage during Pirate
Weekend at McWane Science Center, July 9 & 10. Join our crew as we explore
the museum and aquarium on a treasure hunt with fun activities including making
pirate hats, eye patches, a compass and even a nautical knot station. As you
navigate your way through the aquarium, discover an octopus, touch a shark and
even see a horseshoe crab up close during exciting programs throughout the
weekend.

for the slimiest day of the year at McWane Science Center! Inside the museum,
you can experience slippery, slimy science experiments like touching a
slithering snake and learning how to make ooey gooey creations. Then head out on
the plaza where you can try the all new SLIP N’ SLIME – a slippery slide ending
with a plunge into the slime pool. |
