shared this fun picture as an idea for a future birthday party -- balloons with brown paper as cones.
They didn't include instructions but this would be easy to make. Simply roll brown construction paper or crafting paper into a cone.
Place double stick tape around the inside of the cone and thread the balloon with ribbon through the cone and bottom opening.
To confirm my process I googled to see if others had inspiration or tips for recreating this adorable decor. I didn't find the creator but I did find the original photograph
