Be the first to pay with a PayPal account at your local Home Depot store. It's more useful than a two-by-four.

  1. Activate in-store checkout in your PayPal account.
  2. Start paying with PayPal at the register using your mobile number and PIN.
  3. Look out for your PayPal payment card in the mail.
