Introducing a new logo for
Bargain Mom.
Don't get upset, it's still a single "B".
It's still purple just like the original.
It still stands for Bargains just like the original!

So what happened to the other "B"?
It's officially retired.
Back in A
book page. I promoted it with the use of a swirly vintage looking "B" -- seen here:
Out with the old in with the new.The B later moved to al.com with a redesign of the
. I lost a banner at the top in exchange for a simple name and a side logo.
It's still there - but will soon change.
That "B" was faithful and true and even imitated by others -- but we all know who had the B first right?
But after almost 3 years of serving the page and other marketing material, it's time to retire it.
Here is the new logo to the left.
It has my name, the Bargain Mom slogan but most importantly it represents moving forward.
Moving toward new plans, new features, new offerings and new events coming your way this summer and beyond.
PLUS I'M WORKING ON THE DETAILS OF OPEN TO THE PUBLIC COUPON CLASSES! INFO AND DATES WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON.

-- the first person to check in at The Birmingham News each month during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. will get a prize. It will vary. Limit 1 per person with in a 6 month period. I will announce the prize each month at the first of the month. This month's prize will be announced June 6. You must check in at the front desk inside the building at 2201 4th Avenue North, Birmingham. Have the associate call me at 325-2140 and I'll come down and verify it and present the prize. More details to come in the Monday post.
