Deb says
I got mine at the Best Buy in BC, MI and I got the only copy of CARS that they had…So it says we are suppose to get TWO tickets to Cars2…but I only got ONE…How do I go about getting the other ticket?
Deb says
Never mind duhh I got it..it was in my rewards to still redeem!!
Sarah says
I had to go to three Best Buys before they would even try to ring up the deal. Once they did it went through just fine and they said it wasn’t against any policy to use both the promotion and the coupon. Looks like they’re not all up to speed on using coupons maybe…
Emily says
Got the deal at Best Buy this morning! I also had 25 reward zone points so they paid me 67cents to take both movies (with the movie ticket codes inside) home!! Wooooo hooo!
Daphyn says
I just got back from Best Buy. They wouldn’t allow the coupons and the $10 off deal because the coupons stipulate that they are “not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.” The coupons wouldn’t ring up right, so the cashier called the manager; the manager knew about the small print without even looking at the coupon, so they must have been cautioned about the two not working together. They indicated that I could use the coupons only if I bought the movies separately.
Mrs. Smith says
Just got back Best Buy in Overland Park, KS didn’t have a problem.
Daphyn says
@Mrs. Smith, D After seeing all of the comments about how Best Buy stores were honoring the coupons and the deal, I decided to send their corporate office an e-mail. They replied, saying that they’d e-mailed the store, telling them that they were supposed to accept the coupons. They further indicated that if I went in and was again denied use of the coupons, I should contact corporate again and I would be issued a refund or a gift card.
So, I’m off to the store tomorrow and am hoping they still have copies of both movie!
Alesha says
Thanks so much for the heads up on this. I’m going to Best Buy tomorrow.
Tara says
Anyone know how to get the coupons without having had a copy of either of these movies? I REALLY want to do this deal but don’t have a UPC code to enter since my kids are just now getting old enough to watch these. If anyone can help me out let me know at tarab21 at hotmail dot com
Deb says
@Tara,
Go to the store and write the UPC code down..then go to the Disney site and put them in all you need is “THE” UPC code
Tara says
@Deb, Thank you! I got the coupons just fine and went to the Best Buy in York, PA and had no problem whatsoever doing the deal. The cashier even said “oh you have those coupons, ok”. Thank you for posting this awesome deal! Can’t wait to see Cars 2!
