I did the happy dance with this one. I haven’t worked out the deals yet, but here is some info to get you started. Last year I was able to stock up with this promo.

The Philly Cream Cheese on sale was the tub, not the brick, but I did get the double dip catalina on it for $7 back! Plus I had an old $1.25 off of any three items (Philly Cream Cheese, Baker’s Chocolate, Jello Pudding) – so $8.70 OPP with $7 back!
Also, I did the $25 for $10 back and the Farm Rich pretzel bites have a $1 peelie on them!
My total was $25.98 before coupons and that was sale prices. Not sure if it would have worked on shelf price (I’m in SE PA)
Thanks Shannon for the awesome match ups! You are the best on the Giant deals! :)

Has anyone in PA had luck with the $10 cat printing off shelf price? FYI -people in other states have had luck with shelf price.
Shannon W says
I did both the philly blocks of cream cheese and the tubs of cream cheese and got 5$147 each in two transactions and got a $3 and $4 cat each time!
HTH
Kristin says
Has anybody tried to see if the catalina prints off shelf price rather than sale price?
Holly says
Did anyone else try the Phila Cream cheese bricks and get both cats?
Nancy says
I went to Giant this morning. Bought 4 Farmrich Mozz. Sticks at $4.99 each (sale price) and 2 Oreida Steam n Mash Pot. at 3/$6. Total $25.96. Used (4) .75 Q’s for Farmrich and also $9.50 in CAT’s from previous order. Total $13.46 and got $10 CAT.
Nancy says
Sorry, the Oreida Steam n Mash Pot. were 2/$6 not 3/$6
Cassie says
The picture includes normal hot pockets, and also a container of breyers Reese’s ice cream, are those included then bc they are not listed below. Also, my ad has smart ones listed as 4/$10 with this deal, but the front cover has them for $5/10, so which is correct? If anyone could help i would appreciate it!

I just discovered something that would make the Smart Ones deal a little cheaper OOP. I have the $3/10 coupon from the 8/7/11 SS. So purchase 10@ $2.50 each, that’s $25. Use the coupon to bring it down to $22. Subtract the catalina and you’re at $12 or $1.20 each. Not much difference than $1.25 but for some every penny counts. I also have the $1/2 Satisfying Selections coupon from the same insert and I may take it in case something else doesn’t pan out. ALSO…www.eatyourbest.com under savings and promotions says there’s a $4/10 Smart Ones coupon. Now you’re down to $1.10 each!
Caroline says
Here’s my scenario, totally based on things we’ll actually use and I have coupons for:
2 Eggo waffles $4 (-.75, doubles to $1)
2 Dole frozen fruit $5.78 (-$1/2)
2 Totino’s pizza rolls $2.00 (-$.40/2, doubles to $.80)
2 Ellio’s pizzas $5 (-$2)
2 McCain’s purely potatoes $5.00 (-$2, plus $1 savingstar)
1 J&J soft pretzel $2 (-$.50, doubles to $1)
1 Cool Whip $1.25
Total before coupons: $25.03
Total after coupons: $17.23
Get $10 back, plus maybe $1 for Dole fruit
It’s like spending $.52/item!
I will be heading to Martin’s as soon as I’m done working a luncheon at church. Hopefully all these things will still be there and CVS will still have the Zyrtec! I’ll use the $10 towards the Philadelphia cream cheese, the Clorox deal and everything else on my list!! Thanks Shannon for all your hard work!
Caroline says
Update: My store did not have the McCain’s Purely Potatoes or any sweet potato fries (which I didn’t have a coupon for but there is one on SavingStar). So I substituted two WW satisfying selections and used the $1/2 coupon. Made my total more but oh well.
Christine says
I see someone else asked this and it wasn’t answered. Is the $25 before or after coupons? I thought it was after.
Carolyn says
Christine,
For me personally,I have always had these deals work, before coupons :) ~~*BUT*~~ of course that could change.
GOOD LUCK!!
Amy says
I might have to become a giant shopper next week lol
Melissa says
Is the national catalina for dole frozen fruit over? I think it was buy 2, get $1 back. Could be a double dip.
Shannon says
he he nope, its not over. Possible double dip :)
Melissa says

Caroline says
It didn’t work for me today. I got one peach, strawberry, banana mix and one sliced strawberries. Let me know if it works for you!
Lauren says
I think I might have misunderstood the Frozen food month deal. I thought it was buy $75 over the course of the promo, get a cert for 10% OYNO. Next week’s circular says “in one transaction”, though. Which is correct?
Shannon says
Lauren,
I do believe it was tracking ..
Grace says
I need a bigger freezer :)

Lol! I thought the same thing. I was like, “Frozen cat food? Never heard of it, but, if it is free or cheap, I will go for it.” :) I have a 100+ lb dog who only eats cat food. If she eats dog food she gets yeast infections…
Megan via Facebook says
Is this a double-dip? Meaning does the frozen foods purchased for this promo also go towards spend $75 by 3/24 and get 10% oyno promotion as seen in the past two weeks’ circulars??
via Facebook says
Sweetpea Summers frozen cat food? they make that?
Kristen says
I need a bigger freezer…
