This weekend’s in-store technique class will show you how to make stress-free menu for two, including a shaved zucchini salad with lemon, mint and feta; beef tenderloin with shallot and red wine reduction; and red velvet molten lava cake.
This hour-long technique class is FREE and includes tastings of prepared dishes.
