I say pretend-fancy because… I had a $10 ticket, and I wore my legging tights from Five Below, a $20 dress from Target, and some boots I got on clearance. I used yellow thread and sewed over the existing yellow stitching…so the patch is securely in place, but my stitching is basically invisible. This one is awfully blurry!

I was able to find the material for one chair on clearance – for $40 total and on sale for the other. Once at the condo, with the material, the sewing machine, pinking shears, scissors, thread, tools (staple gun, staples, knives, screwdrivers, tack hammers, mallets, utility knife and etc) I set out to re-do my first chair.

I got two bottles of Maui Moisture for $4 total When I was at CVS to get my Covid vaccine, I happened to notice that one variety of Maui Moisture was on clearance, so I picked up two bottles.
