Here is a sweet way to save at Sears. If you shop at Acme or any Supervalu chain store, they are running a promotion on gift cards. Spend $100 on a gift card, get a $20 catalina. Sears is included in that.
In addition, there ia a Sears Fathers Day promo . Get 15% off Men’s clothes and get $25 Sears award card for every $50 you spend. The purchased must be made between today and 6/19/11 and the Award Cards can be used 6/20 – 7/17/11.
So here is how your deal would look:
:: Go to Acme/Supervalu spend $100.00 on a gift card.
:: Get $20 Catalina to spend at Acme/Supervalu.
:: Head to Sears, spend $100 Giftcard.
:: Get $50 Sears Awards Cards.
You will have spent $100 and received $170 in gift cards, catalinas and awards card. Not a bad deal!

Just wanted to note that with this deal, you’d have spent $100 and would get back $70 in cards,,, the post says spend $100 and get $170 back in cards! Still a great deal to spend only $30 total!

Jaime,
what I mean by this you would have
$100 Gift Card to Sears
$50 to Sears
$20 Catalina to Acme
= $170 Cards , Rewards and Catalina..
so you get $70 for a $100 investment.

How do we receive our $25 reward card from Sears? My husband did this deal a couple of days ago and didn’t receive anything back, his purchase arrived today. When he made the purchase, it was advertised on Sears homepage that day so I assume it was valid that day. How do they give us the reward card, anyone know?
Shannon says
I would call customer service.

Shannon,
If you get $25 for every $50 would that be a $50 rewards card for $100 spent? Instead of (2) $50 cards?
It’s early & I’ve been up since 5:45am so it just may be my brain.
Sounds like a great deal either way!
Thanks!
