Macy's at the Riverchase Galleria and Brookwood Village are offering a discount to victims of last month's tornadoes.

Here are the details:

Starting Saturday, May 21, Macy’s Birmingham-area stores (Riverchase Galleria and Brookwood Village)

will offer a 20 percent discount off of regular, sale and clearance priced merchandise for six months,

as well 10 percent off one-time purchase of sale and clearance furniture, mattresses and area rugs to those affected by the weather-related disasters in Alabama.

(The 10% isn't that great of a deal, however the 20% off clearance items including clothing, could lend itself to some great finds)

HOW THEY GET THE DISCOUNT:

To receive the discount, customers simply need to show proof via a Red Cross voucher or FEMA paperwork that they have been impacted by the disaster and then complete the disaster application.
