I am in the same boat as the rest of you. Have not received the robes I ordered as well. I wanted them for Christmas for my daughters. I have emailed this so called “Greg” and the response I got back is that some one will contact you in 24 hours, two months later and no response. I have also emailed the Today Show and have no response from them either.
I think I am going to GET JESSY from king 5 news he will fix this.

Now it’s looking like I won’t get the bras I ordered in September, either. I’d also ordered the comforters from S&L which came and they are of incredibly crappy quality. Goes to show, you get what you pay for…except in most of our cases, we didn’t get anything worth what we paid. Thanks a bunch, Jill!!

Ditto to Doyle up above! I’ve got a copy of my receipt and sent it back to the “so-called” GREG and the other “so-called” JAMES that sent the first email. Shame on Jill for not acknowledging that this company stinks and she dropped the ball with them. I will NOT buy another thing from the Steals and Deals unless this situation is settled in MY favor!! Makes me SO mad!! We’re all getting ripped off while she’s out schlepping her book…don’t worry Jill, until you address this, I’m not buying into anymore of your “FINDS” or “Steals and Deals” such bunk!!

here it is mid October and i still have not recieved our two robes or e mails that i sent to representitive from 2X4 gear.
also i paid for these back on May 31 2011.

I ordered 2 robes from this site as well on May 31 and did not receive them until just last week ( September 16th, nearly 4 months after the order was placed). I was very disappointed for a number of reasons:
1. They charged my credit card upon order, and now it is too late to dispute the charge since it is > 60 days
2. the quality of the robes is nowhere near what I expected or what was shown on the show
3. The order was WRONG– only one of the robes had a monogram—the package shipping slip did not have any specific company information. There was only a contact number for the person that shipped the order, not the actual company or address. This alone makes me very suspect of the legitimacy of this company.
4. Attempted to contact them and got an out of office that I could expect a response within 24 hours– it has been a week and still not response.
5. a google search for this company did not return an actual website or any information on this company– another big red flag
Has the Today show even responded to any of these concerns? I agree that they need to vet these vendors before affiliating their show with them.
Has anyone successfully reached a live person to talk with??

I’ve met the problems. I’ve tried to contact them at least 3 times with no response, and now I don’t have any contact infer on them. What I’ve done now is filed a dispute with my credit card company. It may take up to 30 days to hear from them, but it’s one more thing to try.

Sept. 20. Still no robe for me either. Will the credit card companies intervene and give back our $$?

Same here!! Ordered 2 robes, haven’t received them, although they have my money!! They have not emailed me back!! Has anyone contacted the today show?

So glad I found this site because I too ordered these robes but I ordered TWO! Maybe this company needs to hear TWO little words “Class Action”. No robes still and I can’t even find a website for them.

I have not recd mine either. I requested a refund by emailing Greg at todayshow@2x4gear.com. Let’s hope they refund me.

I have not received my robe yet. i received an email 3 weeks ago saying the robes were about to ship and i would receive a tracking number. that has not happened. sounds like the today show really dropped the ball on this on this one.

I too, received my robe, finally August 19th and I totally agree – what a sad product to put it mildly. I am very disappointed that The Today show would endorse such a poorly made product that was definitly not only misrepresented but the delay in delivery was totally unacceptable. As some of the other consumers mentioned, the monogram excuse was ridiculous and in some cases not even accurate. The size of the monogram was small to put it mildy and I would have preferred none to what was on the robe. The material is certinaly not what was represented. I think the Today show should show some consumer appreciation and make this right.

I received my robe today. What a rip off….as it was not the same robe that was advertised. The fleece is very cheap quality and the robe fits poorly….the “J” monogram is a complete joke, as you need a magnifying glass to see it. This robe is not even worth $25….I really wish that I could get my money back! This was definitely a Steal on their part. The Today Show should vet these companies before peddling their wares. Maybe, I should send Jill my robe, as I am not going to wear it.

I’ve had problems with both Sophie Belle (two of three necklaces I ordered broke within 24 hours of wearing them and I’ve NOT received the robes. I’m upset and hold Today partially responsible for promoting items that don’t seem to be what they really are.

Same problem here, I ordered 3 Robes from this company as well on 31 May 2011 and haven’t received them as of 19 July 2011. Like you guys, I also emailed the company and got the same response (4-6 weeks) since robes were a custom order. Well, it’s been over 6 weeks now and no robes have arrived to my home. I think this company is a rip off and I’m going to contact VISA and have them reimburse my payment to them and also report them to BBB or my Attorney General. Apprarently, they don’t have a number you can contact them at either, only by email….Such a RIPOFF! This is totally unacceptable! I can’t beleive the TODAY show would allow companies like this to even advertise on their morning show. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On 5/31/11 I ordered a spa robe for $39 + $14.95 shipping for a total of $53.95 which 2X4 Gear immediately withdrew from my bank account. I did not choose a monogram as I did not want a monogram. Two weeks later I emailed 2X4 Gear asking when I could expect to receive my robe. I finally got an email from Gregg at 2X4 advising that because the robes had to be monogrammed, it would take 4-6 weeks + shipping time to receive the robe. This meant that I would not receive my robe until ~end of July or later. I emailed Gregg back and told him to check my order and he would see that I did not require a monogram so he could ship now. He emailed me back and told me the robes weren’t even manufactured yet and not available for shipping. How do I know these are $150 robes if they are just now being produced? Something isn’t quite kosher here! I emailed Gregg and told him I didn’t want the robe if I couldn’t get it in a reasonable length of time. He offered to cancel my order and credit my account. He said the credit would reach my bank in 2-3 days. It is now 6 days and no credit. I currently have no robe and no credit. What do you suggest, Jill???
