The repeated defrosting cycles tend to cause freezer burn on foods pretty quickly, so I try not to keep things in my kitchen freezer for long at all. I learned from the best, but I believe that a personal finance course should be a requirement for both high school and college graduation. I enjoy good food even though I don’t like to cook it – maybe especially because I don’t like to cook it. I track expenses, monitor our budget and handle all of our investments.
