Caring Causes: Stonewall Museum Fundraiser

 On Saturday March 25th the Creamery (ice cream shop-2301 Wilton Dr, # C4,Wilton Manors, FL 33305) will be hosting a daylong fundraiser for Stonewall National Museum, Archives and Library (https://stonewall-museum.org).

 

*A portion of EVERYTHING sold that day, of every delicious scoop of ice cream, will go to Stonewall’s mission on education!

 

Fort Lauderdale’s Stonewall National Museum, Archives and Library (https://stonewall-museum.org), an invaluable yet small 501c3, in recognizing the inspiring works of leading figures in America’s LGBTQ+ community capped with the message ‘Stonewall Is For All.’

 

WHO:

Robert T. Kesten has been the executive director and CEO of PDHRE: Movement for Learning Human Rights as a Way of Life in New York City since 2009. He is also the founder of the International Consortium of Learning Human Rights. As executive director and CEO, he has worked hard to expand LGBTQ rights globally by developing economic projects in Africa and Asia using the Human Rights Framework, overseeing the incorporation of human rights goals in companies of all sizes, working with the president of Ghana to implement LGBTQ rights into its revised constitution.

Also, working with the Egyptian Constitution Committee to implement human rights into its constitution, meeting with businesses and governments to understand that human rights is an important factor in organizing their operations, working with communities to help them discover ways to implement the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) to build a stronger community, creating Human Rights Corps on a global scale, and overseeing social media efforts globally.
