Sometimes, as we shop we see things we would like to own and decide to treat ourselves with a gift or two as well. Look on Craigs list and in local consignment shops for nearly new exercise equipment. I know I do.

If you don’t have kids, donate these items to local day cares and schools. Go thrifty. If you have clothes and furniture that you no longer have use for, donate them to charities or sell them at consignment shops. Use old cardboard boxes and egg cartons for doing crafts with your kids.
