Welcome to the 2012 Cute Baby Photo Contest
Winner Determination.
Winners will be determined by total number of votes received. In the
event of a tie, The Birmingham News will select the winner. Winners
will be selected on or about April 4, 2012 after all online and print
votes have been tabulated.
