I headed to the dollar store to buy 4 papers. So I was hoping to run in the Dollar Store and it be uneventful. Michelle and I sat on the floor in the dollar store going thru 40 papers to find papers that had coupons. I think he’s a lazy jerk who steals coupons. Well, it wasn’t.

Since you actually need to have coupons to go coupon shopping, I thought I’d review some of the many resources available to find coupons. :: Newspaper Coupons. Each Sunday, you will find coupon inserts in most metropolitan newspapers. I get a Sunday only subscription to get the inserts.

Shop at discounted stores like Big Lots (olive oil is the cheapest there) Aldis (great prices and the brands are excellent) or Dollar store (we get our Syrup, Marshmellows and Cocoa there). I noticed that in our Coupon Inserts on 4-6 they advertised a deal from Target. Lots of nice coupons today!

Another great option is using a large accordion type folders to store your whole, un-clipped inserts by date. I like this method because it makes it very easy to go back and find an insert containing a coupon you need., since all of the coupon inserts have the issue date printed right on the outside on the spine!
