Bargain Mom tips --

You could use an old head band and recover it.

Sara uses hot glue - which is easy.  You could also use E-6000 glue from Walmart.  It's only $2.37 to $3.

Need felt?  The Dollar Store sells a huge pack.

Need patriotic fabric?  Look in the craft section for quilting fat squares and think outside of the box.  All you need are the colors to match a theme.  Red White and Blue - the pattern doesn't matter.
