Amazon Trade-in program help me earn $284.97 trading in textbooks & DVDs

After going through all of my books, my husband's textbooks and our old DVDs tonight - I traded them in for $284.97 in Amazon gift cards. 
I will have to meet product inspection once they receive them but I'm sure I'll pass. Plus they ship free TO Amazon! I wrote about their trade-in program a while back but have never participated. Thanks to my fellow deal seeker Jeannine Jersey for the reminder!
