I actually really like PEEPS and I admit that I like them when they are just a little bit chewy. You know, the day after Easter when the package has been sitting open. Every year in our home, we make an Easter Bunny Cake. This tradition started with my Mom when my brother, sisters, and I were kids. We have so much fun making the cake. Mostly because we eat the jelly beans, licorice, and coconut before the cake even pops out the oven!
This year, we are going to try something new. We decided on to keep the Easter Bunny Tradition but change it up a little and try the PEEPS Bunny Patch Cake. Look at the detail in this cake. Those little carrot the PEEPS are eating are Mike and Ike’s! Hopefully we will have some leftover Easter Bunny PEEPS to make PEEPS Easter Bunny Cupcakes. Can you believe PEEPS are 60 years old? Pick up the 60th Anniversary Party Flavored PEEPS, sold only at Walmart.
If you like PEEPS, but can only eat a few, save the rest a make PEEPS Easter Craft. You will have to resist the urge to eat them once they are opened.
Head over to Walmart to PEEPSonalize your very own PEEP. I call mine Rocking PEEP.
