We paid around $200,000 in 2007 for the property with an extra amount for furnishings and a slip in a yet-to-be-built boat dock. Our accountant charges a lot to do our taxes. It is not a do-it-yourself type of tax return. When I’m hating the ownership, my perspective tells me the following.
