Dollar Tree's Operation Homefront program is collecting school supplies for military families in need.

Here are the details:

Operation Homefront, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, provides emergency financial and other assistance to the families of our service members and wounded warriors.

Dollar Tree partners with Operation Homefront to launch our 2012 Back-To-School Drive, running July 9th through August 5th. To show your support for our troops and their families, simply purchase school supply items and drop them off in a “Back-to-School Brigade” collection box located in any one of our stores. Operation Homefront will collect and distribute these items to military families in your area.
